SM-2512 and SM-2512T Ethernet Link Protectors

This version resolves a critical issue in all prior firmware releases that, in a rare circumstance, can result in the system temporarily failing to automatically respond to link failures.  This bug was discovered in lab testing and has not been reported from the field.  Nevertheless, it is potentially service-effecting and all systems should be upgraded to this release as soon as possible.
