- Shore Microsystems
provides Automatic Backup/Restoral for Mission Critical 1000BaseT,
1000BaseF, 100BaseTX, 100BaseFX, and 10BaseT Links to Servers,
Routers, and other Equipment.
- We also Protect Attached Equipment from Failures Due to Cable Cuts, Disconnected Cables, and Switch and Hub Failures (Malfunctioning Ports, Plug-in Cards, or Power Supplies). |
Redundant transceivers from other vendors terminate and regenerate signals using electronic devices only. This causes these devices to be a single point of failure due to power interruption events. Using relay and optical switch technologies, Shore Microsystems' Link Protectors with Straight Through WireTM technology pass traffic even on total loss of power. The Link Protector becomes like a "straight through wire" upon failure. | ||
