RoHS Compliance Statement
Shore Microsystems, Inc. is
collaborating with our suppliers to comply with the European Union
Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in
Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (2002/95/EC), taking
effect July 1, 2006.
In consideration of the RoHS
Directive,
Shore Microsystems has restricted the following nine substances in
our manufacturing process:
• Lead (Pb) • Mercury (Hg)
• Cadmium (Cd) • Hexavalent Chromium
• Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB)
• Polybrominated Diphenyl ether (PBDE)
• Pentabromodiphenyl ether (PentaBDE)
• Octabromodiphenyl ether (OctaBDE)
• Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE)
Shore Microsystems, Inc. in an effort to support our international
customers has committed to RoHS compliance.
To
the best of Shore Microsystems’ knowledge, no substances listed
above were intentionally added during the manufacturing process.

Shore Microsystems, Inc. transacts international shipments in
compliance with U.S. Department of Commerce regulations. Please
review the USDOC export requirements to ensure compliancy. It is
the responsibility of both parties to ensure that our export
processes fully comply with current USDOC regulations.

For Shipments Outside The United States:
- Contact Shore Microsystems to discuss your
potential as an international customer,
- Once qualified, Shore Microsystems will issue
a BIS 711 form to importer,
- The form is to be completed in full by the
importer
- The BIS 711 is:
- Consignee specific – products are not to be
re-exported
- Valid for a two-year period

At
Shore Microsystems, we're constantly looking for ways to further
reduce our environmental impact.
Shipping: Shore Microsystems products are shipped in
containers which contain 50% recycled content. Once
used, these containers are once again 100% recyclable for use in
the manufacturing of other paper products. Customers are
encouraged to reuse or recycle foam cushions, boxes and all
plastics associated with their shipments.
Office:
Shore Microsystems employees follow a sustainability program which
helps reduce
paper use, increase recycling and promote energy
conservation.
