Gordon B. Elam, President

Gordon Elam is President for Shore Microsystems. Prior to Shore Microsystems Mr. Elam was Vice President of Marketing with Kamputech, Inc. and Technical Supervisor with AT&T Bell Laboratories.  Mr. Elam received a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. 

Jiri Hlavaty, Vice President of Engineering

Jiri Hlavaty is Vice President of Engineering for Shore Microsystems.  Prior to Shore Microsystems Mr. Hlavaty was Director of Hardware Development with Kamputech, Inc., Member of Technical Staff with AT&T Bell Laboratories, Systems Engineer with Dewey Electronics Co. and Systems Architecture Engineer with Singer Company.  Mr. Hlavaty received a bachelors and masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Steven's Institute of Technology.  

Gary J. Wood, Business Operations

Gary Wood is the Director of Business Operations for Shore Microsystems.  In this role, Gary oversees the company's finance, legal, human resources and administration activities. Prior to Shore Microsystems, Mr. Wood held various accounting and finance positions and brings more than 7 years of entrepreneurial and business experience to Shore Microsystems.  Mr. Wood received a bachelors degree in Economics and a masters degree in Professional Accounting both from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Scott Bald, Sales and Marketing

Scott Bald is Director of Sales and Marketing for Shore Microsystems.  Prior to Shore Microsystems Mr. Bald held various sales and sales management positions with AFI Food Services, Inc, Royal Foods, Inc and Aspect Computer, Inc. Mr. Bald received a bachelors degree in History from Wooster College.

Thomas Bostwick, Operations

Tom Bostwick is Director of Operations for Shore Microsystems.  Prior to Shore Microsystems Mr. Bostwick held various  positions including head technician for Adcom Home Entertainment and electronic technician for both Cadence Sound Systems and Royal Sound Audio Systems. Mr. Bostwick received an associates degree in both Electronics Engineering and Communications from Brookdale Community College. Mr. Bostwick also attended New Jersey Institute of Technology where he studied Electrical Engineering.
