The 7x24 Premium Support plan is geared toward end-users who have mission-critical applications and cannot accept any downtime. 7X24 Premium Support is a worldwide, comprehensive plan that provides you with 7x24x365 technical support on all your Shore Microsystems Redundant and/or Bypass products. It provides support and protection of your investment by including upgrades to subsequent software versions as they become available.

  • Dedicated Phone Number to Access 7x24 Support (after Normal Business Hours {9-5 EST}).

  • 7x24x365 Coverage - Software Upgrades and Bug Fixes Included.

Support Plans Renew Annually*.

Standard Support Plan:

The Standard Support Plan is designed for end-users who can address maintenance, upgrades, and potential technical support issues during regular business hours. It provides support and protection of your investment by including upgrades to subsequent software versions as they become available.

  • Business Hours CoverageóMonday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
